ANCILLARY OPERATOR – Aerostructures
Contract: Full Time
Term: Permanent
Salary: Competitive

This position reports to the Team Leader and Process Leader and is an integral part of the Forge function with responsibility in ensuring that all customer needs and internal quality processes are met.

Deliverables

Assist on aerospace components and pressing operations

Support in loading/unloading of furnaces

To provide support for manufacturing operations at press

To cover other ad-hoc duties as and when required

To follow Forge processes / procedures

Meet the company standards of performance

Candidate portfolio

Able to read precision measured equipment and have a clear understanding of written and diagrammatic instructions

Good Interpersonal Skill to foster teamwork and achieve business objectives

Involvement in team activity as required

Must be flexible to work different shift patterns as required

Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written

Knowledge of metal forming at elevated temperatures advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.43-£16.03 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
